This course blends creativity with technology, giving you practical experience in materials, 3D modelling, and digital fabrication. You’ll learn to design with purpose blending creativity, sustainability, and real-world problem solving.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should hold a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification. We welcome enthusiastic, motivated learners who enjoy designing, making, and exploring creative ideas. Mature applicants are especially welcome to apply.
Third Level Links/Progression
Graduates have progressed to degree programmes in Product Design and related disciplines at TUD Dublin -Product Design (TU811), and at the NCAD -Product Design (AD212).
Many students also continue their studies through the Higher Education Links Scheme, using their QQI qualification to access other design-based courses such as Industrial Design, Interaction Design, and Sustainable Innovation in Ireland and abroad.
