This is a QQI Level 5 course which aims to train people in IT to work in a modern office environment. The programme aims to provide learners with the skills, knowledge and competence in the core areas of e-Business Studies, the Internet and Web Authoring. This course will also enable learners to develop skills in payroll – manual & computerised – essential skills in a business environment. This course is supported by F.I.T.

Upon successfully completing the Business, IT & eCommerce course, students may obtain employment in administration positions in an office.

Professional presentation skills are also key factors in personal development and offer the opportunity to widen the skills set that can be offered to employers.
